Last Day of Warm Weather!

Today we had a 5K to support our school's new walking track. Peter did a great job and finished in 27 minutes. It was fun to see how excited he was about this race. He had run the mile ealier in the week and had done really well. We are hoping to get him involved in track next spring. The kids played in the water after because it is probably is one of the last warm days. Sara and Molly had their Hello assembly this week and the cheerleaders performed. Sara did a great job and I am always surprised at the great tumbling her team can do!

How fun! It's been great weather here too. I just realized that I may not ever get to see Sara cheer :( She looks so grown up! Keep the pictures coming, this may be the only girlie stuff I'll ever get to experience.

p.s. Sorry I haven't returned your phone call. We've had a crazy weekend and I feel like I should wait to call on weekdays when you aren't busy with kids out of school.

Amy,

I enjoyed looking at this blog because there were actually a lot of things I didn't know. Pretty sad, huh? Congratulations to Sara and Molly on their Nutcracker parts! I haven't been on top of things and didn't even know they already had tryouts. Also, it was neat to see Sara in her cheerleading outfit. I love the pictures your friend did of Peter and the girls. Very creative. Thanks for telling me about this. It was great to see your pictures!

Love,
